Several decades ago, one of our sages said, and I quote: "the 20th century will be spiritual or will not be ...".
I would add: "and the 21st century will be with everything connected or will not be ...".

Nowadays, needless to say that this is already done with the technology that has taken hold of all spaces through the development of the web and its innumerable platforms that support The Digital Economy.

Thanks to convergence, digital, data, voice, sound and movement become one; as if, finally, the past, the present and the future become one thanks to the mastery of information which is ultimately the greatest need of modern man.

And Africa in all of this? Certainly, the eternal problems of the continent cannot be reduced to the management of information but without a perfect mastery of it, in its collection, in its processing and in its sharing, there is no satisfactory solution. to all the initiatives being taken to get our continent out of underdevelopment.

And without any exaggeration, all the experts agree that Africa needs more and more technologies and more innovative solutions, in all sectors of life in general and in that of the economy in particular. .

This opens up exciting prospects with many projects in sight.
It is in this capacity that the Africa Consulting Leaders (ACL) network was created.
Driven by African skills which have established references for more than 30 years in the fields of technology, we are convinced that we can participate in our own way in the profound changes that Africa is experiencing.

The challenges to be taken up are immense, like those that the whole of Africa has just reminded at the Extra-Ordinary Summit of the African Union from October 10 to 15, 2016 on the theme "MARINE SAFETY AND SECURITY FOR DEVELOPMENT IN AFRICA. Which determines the emergence of the Blue Economy. One of the key sectors in which the ACL network has been investing for almost a decade.
